How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your SeraPOS account, send an email from the email address or phone number associated with your account to serapos.bd@gmail.com.
Please include your registered email address or phone number, business name, and a clear statement that you want your SeraPOS account and associated data deleted.
What Data Will Be Deleted
After verifying your request, we will delete eligible account and personal information associated with your SeraPOS account. This may include your profile information, business or store information, customer and supplier information, and other personal data associated with your account.
Data Retention
Some information may be retained when required by applicable law, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes. Any retained information will be kept only for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose.
After You Submit a Request
We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request. Once your request is verified, eligible account data will be deleted.
